Our Very Own Olivia Hogan is a B&T 30 under 30 WINNER!

After beginning her career in Australia, Hogan moved to the UK to manage CitiBank, ASICS and P&O. After two years in the UK, Hogan was lured back to the Australia so she could apply her international experience to Razorfish's (known as Performics at the time) largest account, Westpac.

During the pandemic, she formulated a strategy to provide guidance and tools to support customers through financial difficulty which led to a remarkable 173 per cent increase in organic growth and won them a global business award under the category “tech for good” in 2021. Since being promoted to account director, Hogan has signed numerous clients including Woolworths Mobile, Everyday Rewards, Woolworths supermarket and ANZ.
